The VIRDUX onboarding group is your on-ramp to experiencing the most exciting journey of life… the journey to knowing Jesus deeply and becoming more and more like Him with every passing day.
Most Christians call this the Discipleship Journey, but we here, at Blueprint for Men, choose to refer to it as the Journey of Disciple Making. Because you see, the fullest meaning of being a disciple is to become a disciple maker. After all this was the command that Jesus gave to the disciples nearly 2000 years ago, right before he ascended to his Father in heaven.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

What is the Onboarding Group all about?
This is a hybrid (virtual and in-person) disciple making group that meets every Saturday after the conclusion of our VIRDUX large group. The onboarding group meets for several weeks until the group grows to 4-6 men. During this time period we get to know one another and start developing some basic discipleship skills. When our group grows large enough, we launch an Every Man a Warrior group.
Who can join this group?
Our onboarding group is for any man who desires to be part of a men’s discipleship group that meet weekly.
Who leads the group?
The group is led by Tom Pyke and Marty Miller, some of the best leaders you could ask for!
When does the group meet?
The group meets every Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00 am ET.
Where does the group meet?
The home-base for VIRDUX is the Collegedale University Church in Collegedale, Tennessee. VIRDUX is a hybrid group with half of our men meeting in-person at the church and the other half connecting via Zoom on our big screen.
What does the group study?
Our main resource for our men’s disciple making program is Every Man a Warrior but during the onboarding process our group will focus on relationship building and developing some basic disciple making skills.
What am I committing to?
We require all participants to sign a commitment and confidentiality agreement which you can view here.
What should I expect from my time with this group?
Feel accepted and affirmed as you start this journey.
