Marty Miller is a lifelong disciple of Christ, the loving husband of his first wife, the proud father of two adult children, and has most recently become an exuberant grandfather! Marty’s career path has been primarily in the field of education having served in both public and private sectors from California to Tennessee. He has held positions that include elementary school principal, multi-grade teacher, middle school science teacher, high school science teacher, nature center director, outdoor school director, educational consultant, university education professor, student teacher supervisor, and outdoor leadership program director. He is a well-recognized outdoor professional with skills and certifications that include WMI/NOLS Wilderness First Responder, ACA Swift Water Rescue, and AIARE Avalanche Safety. Marty is gifted at discovering and sharing spiritual lessons from nature, God’s second book, as modeled by Jesus Christ, the master educator. Now, after nearly 30 years in education, Marty has transitioned into full-time ministry by creating Blueprint for Men, a non-profit men’s ministry devoted to helping men discover and live out their God-given design in a secular world. Through outdoor retreats, small group support, leadership training, and curriculum development, Marty is helping men to step up and become the men God intended them to be, better husbands, better fathers, and better disciples of Christ!

Tom is a proud husband and father to three sons and two stepsons. He is also a grandfather to four grandsons and two granddaughters. With a degree in operations management, Tom has spent a significant portion of his career as a senior manager. In 2014, he joined the Blueprint for Men board, driven by the desire to find a better way. He now serves on the board as the secretary while also working full-time as a member of the Blueprint for Men Leadership team. Tom’s expertise lies in organizational effectiveness and process improvement, which he is passionate about on the administrative side. On the ministry side, his passion lies in teaching men how to connect with God and become authentic men through daily walks with God. As an ardent outdoorsman, Tom loves hiking and backpacking in remote places. Since joining the ministry as a volunteer, he has led many small groups and finds great satisfaction in seeing men discover the value of fellowship and brotherhood.

Dan is a follower of Christ and has been a member of the Blueprint for Men board since
2015 and has served as the Chairman of the board since 2019. Dan and his wife live in
McDonald, Tennessee and have five adult children and three grandchildren. Dan has
been a practicing attorney since 1989 and has primarily represented healthcare
companies and currently serves as General Counsel for a not-for-profit healthcare
organization. Dan also represents families with estate planning and in probate court.
Dan has been blessed and grown in Christ through his involvement in close knit men
groups for the last 10 years. In his leisure time, Dan enjoys spending time with his
family, golfing, hiking, reading and traveling.

speaker on the practical implications of regulatory changes and sustaining
performance during industry and organizational change periods.
Dr. Wessels has a Ph.D. in Management with an emphasis in Marketing and

Jonathan Miller is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon. He received his medical doctorate, along with academic scholarships and coursework honors, from Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University. He completed his dermatology residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and a Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship with the Surgical Dermatology Group in Birmingham, AL. In 2020 he started Uderm, a dermatology clinic in Chattanooga.
Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, aviation, fishing, outdoor activities, and volunteering in his community. After studying theology for his undergraduate degree, Gabriel Trujillo received his Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Adventist University. He has recently transitioned to full-time tele-therapy private practice. He has previously counseled at different settings including a University campus, Church offices, and community mental health agencies. Having collaborated with various men’s ministries, helping many men to seek help for their addiction and mental health issues, Gabriel has a passion for helping men break free from sexual addiction. He also enjoys couple’s counseling, and helping people with anxiety and depression. He is married to his wonderful wife Heidi and has two daughters Celeste and Estella. In his free time Gabriel enjoys fishing, board games, and taking care of his 93 gallon saltwater coral aquarium.
