Tom is a proud husband and father to three sons and two stepsons. He is also a grandfather to four grandsons and two granddaughters. With a degree in operations management, Tom has spent a significant portion of his career as a senior manager. In 2014, he joined the Blueprint for Men board, driven by the desire to find a better way. He now serves on the board as the secretary while also working full-time as a member of the Blueprint for Men Leadership team. Tom’s expertise lies in organizational effectiveness and process improvement, which he is passionate about on the administrative side. On the ministry side, his passion lies in teaching men how to connect with God and become authentic men through daily walks with God. As an ardent outdoorsman, Tom loves hiking and backpacking in remote places. Since joining the ministry as a volunteer, he has led many small groups and finds great satisfaction in seeing men discover the value of fellowship and brotherhood.
