You can’t lead without a vision, you can’t achieve it without a plan…
WHAT’S YOUR PLAN?
THE IRON WORKS: the ultimate man-building, disciple-making system.
THE PROBLEM:
Most men, even in the church, struggle alone with private pain and discouragement. And when men struggle they are told to “man up” and just “try harder” in spite of that fact that very few men had dads that showed them or taught them what that looks like. This is the root to most problems we see in the family, the church, and the world.
Broken Manhood isn’t a problem, it is THE problem!
THE DESIRE:
Every man wants to succeed in life but most men have not been prepared and equipped to face the challenges that face him in his marriage, his fatherhood, his finances, and his walk with God.
THE SOLUTION:
Men need a solid “manhood manual” based on the best of scripture and science. Men need coaches and mentors to train them. And men need a band of brothers to become the men God calls them to be. That’s what The Iron Works promises to provide all in one package.
The Iron Works is an intentional pathway, a system, that brings men together for the purpose of educating, equipping, and empowering them to live, love, and lead like Jesus… The Blueprint for Men.

The Iron Works Vision
A world where men refined by God’s hand live, love, and lead like Jesus — forged in character, strengthened in relationships, honed in their work, and faithful stewards of God’s resources.
The Iron Works Imagery
The iron works is a life-long transformational process to which every man should submit.
- God is the Master Blacksmith, shaping men on the anvil of His Word.
- Trials are the heat that purify.
- Discipline is the hammer that forms character.
- Brotherhood is the iron sharpening iron process.
- Habits are the repeated strikes that create lasting change.
The key to transformation is personal commitment to the life-long process of growth as illustrated by this short film.
The Iron Works Sequence
The Iron Works is a framework that follows the process of transformation that every man goes through to become a more useful tool in the hand of God. Here’s the simple sequence.
The Map – The exciting adventure to discover your God-given design and purpose.
The Mine – The hard work of digging for the veins of truth found in God’s word.
The Crucible – The process where you allow God to remove the impurities from your life.
The Forge – The process where you embrace the heat and pressure of formation.
The Grind – The process of finishing where your God-given potential is revealed.
