The Iron Works Vision
A world where men refined by God’s hand live, love, and lead like Jesus — forged in character, strengthened in relationships, honed in their work, and faithful stewards of God’s resources.
The Iron Works Imagery
The iron works is a life-long transformational process to which every man should submit.
- God is the Master Blacksmith, shaping men on the anvil of His Word.
- Trials are the heat that purify.
- Discipline is the hammer that forms character.
- Brotherhood is the iron sharpening iron process.
- Habits are the repeated strikes that create lasting change.
The key to transformation is personal commitment to the life-long process of growth as illustrated by this short film.
The Iron Works Sequence
The Iron Works is a framework that follows the process of transformation that every man goes through to become a more useful tool in the hand of God. Here’s the simple sequence.
The Map – The exciting adventure to discover your God-given design and purpose.
The Mine – The hard work of digging for the veins of truth found in God’s word.
The Crucible – The process where you allow God to remove the impurities from your life.
The Forge – The process where you embrace the heat and pressure of formation.
The Grind – The process of finishing where your God-given potential is revealed.
