Thank you for being willing to assist as a “Table Coach” at the upcoming retreat. Your role is really quite simple, to coach and direct the men at your table through discussions and activities during each session.
This webpage provides you with an instructional video and a downloadable training document that describes pretty much everything you need to know about being a table coach. Please spend time reviewing the information so that you are prepared.
Please don’t stress at all about being a table coach. If you are friendly and encouraging, 90% of your job will be accomplished!
