Marty is the founder and visionary leader of Blueprint for Men.
He is a lover of God, a lover of nature, and a lover of people. These three loves have defined all that Marty has pursued in life.
Marty holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s in outdoor education. Through the years he has served in educational roles ranging from high school science teacher to outdoor leadership professor. He enjoys outdoor pursuits ranging from scuba diving to mountaineering and is gifted at discovering and sharing spiritual object lessons from nature.
Marty transitioned into full-time ministry after a successful career in education by creating Blueprint for Men in 2014. Through weekend retreats, outdoor adventure, small group support, leadership training, and curriculum development, Marty is helping men to step up and become the men God designed them to be!
Marty and his treasured wife Gale, live in Collegedale, Tennessee where they enjoy being close to their two adult children and four grand-children. Life is good!
